Cyber Valet does not promise that any system, account, device, network, person, or organization will be completely secure. Assessments and recommendations reflect the information, systems, access, and conditions available at the time the work is performed.
AI governance disclaimer
AI framework, policy, risk, and adoption guidance is operational and cybersecurity-focused. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, employment, or compliance-certification advice. Clients remain responsible for decisions involving their use of AI and should consult qualified legal or regulatory professionals when appropriate.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining authorized access, following agreed security practices, safeguarding credentials, preserving appropriate backups, and promptly reporting suspected incidents. Services involving third-party products remain subject to those providers’ terms, availability, security, and performance.
No emergency-response commitment
Submitting an inquiry or communicating through this website does not create an emergency incident-response obligation. Response times, availability, monitoring, and incident-handling commitments apply only when stated in a signed service agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
